Design Management

We cross check all designs received from various other consultants such as Architects, Structural Consultants, M&E Consultants, Interior Consultants for constructability, conformance to budget, feasibility, application of the latest technology and safety.

Construction Management

This includes control on construction activity at site with respect to Structural specifications, Environment, Health and Safety at site, and quantity and quality survey with respect to construction activities.

M&E Services Management

Cross verification of all M&E designs, introducing changes based on practical requirements at site as per envisaged site conditions and coordination with OEM's and other service vendors for installation, testing and commissioning of equipments to final design recommendations. These recommendations could range from Power Management, Water Management to HVAC, BMS and Parking Management.


Preparing Purchase Schedules: Coordination with consultants for preparation of tenders for purchase of various equipments, Preparing comparatives, Placing of Purchase Orders in conformance with Client.

Vendor Management

Post placing of PO's for various works and equipments.We would ensure adherence of PO terms by vendors, manage delivery schedules, bill checking and submission to client for payments.

Day to Day Project Management

Routine coordination meetings on status of project, deriving data from consultants, scheduling targets for activity completions, budget and finance meetings & coordinating design and construction.

Project Opening for Operations

Involves interaction with various consultants and vendors at site for final finishes, testing and commissioning of equipments, checking conformance of all works to design specifications, snagging of works ranging from M&E to Interior finishes and handing over to client.

Facility Planning Food & Beverage Operations

This activity would involve design management, operational planning, equipment and capex planning for setting up food production units and food and beverage dispensing units.
